(1) Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, all current and future offers, order confirmations, declarations, deliveries, and other services of TURM GmbH are subject to the Grofor Terms and Conditions.

By placing an order, or at the latest by accepting the goods or services, the contracting party accepts these terms. Please note that the linked Grofor Terms are provided externally and may change independently of us. The version valid at the time of contract conclusion shall apply.

(2) Any conflicting purchasing or general business terms of the contracting party are hereby rejected, including for future transactions. Side agreements, amendments, and additions must be made in writing to be valid.

(3) Should any provision be wholly or partially invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining parts. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that comes closest to the original purpose.
